Our History

Founded in 1975, Genco Industries is a privately held contract manufacturer of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, electromechanical assemblies, box builds, control panels and more. Steve Dombrock of Steve Dombrock and Co., Certified CPA, purchased Genco in 2006 as an opportunity to develop an already good company into a great one. Genco is located in Waukesha, WI and has occupied its current facility since 1995. We serve a wide variety of OEM markets including medical, industrial, power generation, hydraulic lift, agricultural, transportation and many more. With state-of-the-art cut/strip/terminate/marking equipment, Genco has the ability to manufacture high volume production runs, but our niche lies in small- to medium-size production runs where quick turnaround is necessary.

It is our passion to provide total customer satisfaction through providing the highest quality products at competitive prices for our customers. We excel at supplying customers who require flexibility, quick response, and JIT/Kanban type production releases.

We began our Lean Manufacturing journey in Nov. 2007 and remain driven in our pursuit of continuous improvement throughout the organization. We are an ISO 9001:2000 Certified company and will be looking to move to ISO: 9001:2008 in 2010. We are a UL Registered Manufacturer and can mark our customers' product upon request.
