service assembly, from component sourcing through customer specified
test procedures. We staff, in addition to our experienced assembly
personnel, electronic technicians to fulfill any test requirements
you may need. All operators are soldering certified to the J-STD-001B
standard by a certified instructor.

Processing
Harness, cables, power cords, and wire leads
Genco
is equipped with flexible wire processing machines and an excellent
skilled labor force. Genco can process wire from 28 gauge to 5/0
gauge. We stock an extensive variety of AMP, ETC, and Molex terminals
and connectors. We also stock wire in a wide array of colors and
gauges. Genco has the necessary hardware to support your assembly
needs.

kitting operation plays an important role in our quest for total
customer satisfaction. Assembled parts are bagged, boxed or encased
with manuals or information sheets ready for shipment. It's a value
added service that saves you time, inventory and handling; bottom
line cost savings for you.

Your High Volume Production Requirements
Our fully automatic, high speed wire cutter/stripper/terminal crimper
machine greatly reduces labor costs. Our combination of bulk wire
in barrels, terminals supplied on reels, and high speed terminating
adds up to a substantial cost savings for our customers.
