9-13-10 Genco to Participate in Adopt-A-Family Christmas Charity for 4th year
Genco Industries will participate in the Adopt-A-Family Christmas Charity this December. This marks the 4th
straight year Genco will donate items to their "Adopted" Family in their local community.
9-3-10 Genco to Sponsor Employee on 50mi. Walk for MS
Genco Industries will sponsor one of its employees on a 50 mile walk for Multiple
Sclerosis this fall. The walk is held over a three day period in Door County, WI and benefits MS research, programs
and services. The Challenge Walk is one of only 8 events of it's kind in the country.

Charity Golf Event
For the fourth consecutive year, Genco Industries will be participating in the MACC Fund/Thrivent Financial Charity
Golf Outing held at Ironwood Golf Course in Sussex, WI.
4-1-10 Genco Selects Outsourcing Partner in Mexico
Genco Industries has selected an outsourcing partner located in Mexico. The Company currently manufactures
for many large lighting and automotive companies and was selected based on it's quality, range of capabilities, and
lower cost labor rates. This will give Genco another alternative when bidding on large, labor intensive work and may
also be used to offset spikes in production needs in it's own plant.
12-9-09 Genco Quality Manager Certified as IPC-610 Trainer
Larry Gillis-Quality Manager at Genco Industries recently completed IPC-A-610 solder certification training. Larry
is now certified to train others at Genco to this quality standard. Gillis had previously been certified while employed
in a previous position.
9-14-09 Genco Hires Manager of Engineering Services
Genco Industries has selected a Manager of Engineering Services to join it's management team. Pierre Aterianus, formerly
of InSinkErator (Senior Advanced Controls Engineer) will offer Genco customers additional design assistance
and support. Aterianus will also provide assistance in print review and estimating at Genco.
1-15-09 Genco Announces Completion of New Website Design
Genco Industries has completed the updating and revamping of it's corporate website. The new site
promises to be more user friendly and informative than the previous version. Genco feels the site
better represents the current state of it's business complete with sections on Lean Manufacturing,
Strategic Partnerships, and a more detailed history.
10-17-08 Genco Quality Manager Certified IPC-620 Trainer
Larry Gillis-Quality Manager at Genco Industries was recently Certified as and IPC-WHMA-A-620 Trainer.
This standard centers on the "Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies."
The criteria was published in July 2006 and is the first industry consensus standard for cable and
wire harness fabrication and installation.
5-28-08 Lean Plant Layout Project to Transform Production at Genco
Genco Industries has begun it's lean-manufacturing-inspired Plant Design and Layout project. "This is a major step
forward in the development of Genco Industries towards a leaner, more efficient and organized organization," said
Paul Lusic, VP & General Manager at Genco. The project is expected to take approximately 1 year to complete.
5-3-08 Genco to Sponsor Employees on Riverwalk for Breast Cancer
Genco Industries will sponsor a group of their employees who are taking part in the annual Riverwalk for Breast
Cancer, located in Waukesha. Participation is high for this event--about 1/2 of all associates employed at Genco
will take part in the walk.
